Terms & Conditions

When you book your event with us, no matter what size your event you can be sure a 100% that you will  get  the best level of service. Before your event we will give you a free no obligation quote.

 

When we receive confirmation of your booking and any requested deposit we will send you a confirmation email or invoice that will give you piece of mind and you can relax knowing that your disco is confirmed and booked for your event.

 

We will discuss with you what music you would like us to play for you and your guests. You can email a short playlist with  songs  you would like, we will happily take requests from your guests on the night. We have an extensive catalogue of music and can cater for all tastes.

 

We will discuss the running order of your day or night like annoucements, speeches, buffet, surprises, first dance ect........

 

We will arrive 1 hour before your event starts to set up our equipment,  all we need is a power socket, and a area of space to work in. It takes us about 40 minutes to pack away our equipment at the end of the event.

 

We will be professional, approachable, friendly

We may ask for a 25% deposit on confirmation of booking.

we do expect deposits to be paided within 7 days of issued invoice.

please process invoices within that time.

The Remaining balance will be paid in cash on arrival before event starts

or if paying the remaining balance via bank transfer this needs to

be processed the day before. unfortunately we do not accept any cheques.

 

In the event that a client cancels a booking all deposits are non refundable

 cancellation made less than 60 days prior to the event date 100% of the total quote is payable if event amount is payed in full any cancellation must be made 2 months before event date for amount paid to be returned,  excluding deposit agreed.

If no deposit is received before the event date, unless arranged and agreed otherwise we are not liable to attend the event or party.

 

On arrival if the venue provided by the client is unable to accommadate the event and we are unable to perform for any reason the client is liable for charges outlined above.

 

The client agrees any pyhsical abuse or threatening behavior present at the event, we will be entitled not to play or perform without penalty and all fees remain payable by the client.

 

Any private house parties booked, if for any reason we are unable to play or perform during the party hours booked due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control all fees remain payable by the client with no discounts.

COVID 19

Please let us know ASAP If you would like to reschedule your event and we can agree on a new later date we are happy to do this . unfortunately we cannot offer  any refunds unless cancelled 60 days prior to the date of party as per our T & C's.
